Why ClipInVault?
As a developer, my clipboard is my most used tool-but it’s also the most fragile. We’ve all been there: you copy a critical API key, a complex regex, or a shell command, only to lose it 30 seconds later because you copied something else.
I built ClipInVault to solve my own frustration. I wanted a tool that was powerful enough to capture text, images, and screenshots, but private enough that I could trust it with my secrets. Unlike most modern apps, ClipInVault doesn't ask for your email or ship your data to a cloud. It’s local, it’s fast, and with AES-256 encryption, it’s a vault for your most sensitive data.
